Account Deletion Help

This page explains how Vatisha account deletion works.

1) How to delete your account

Delete your account from inside the app:

  • Profile
  • General
  • Delete Account

The app requires you to confirm the request before it is accepted.

2) What happens after you confirm

  • your account enters a 30-day cooling period;
  • your current sign-in session is revoked;
  • logging back in during the cooling period cancels the pending deletion;
  • after the purge window ends, the account is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

3) What is deleted

After hard purge, Vatisha deletes or anonymizes account-linked data such as:

  • your account profile;
  • plant and garden records;
  • Myco history and uploads;
  • push-device registrations;
  • account-linked files stored for your profile, plants, and uploads.

Care Club posts and comments may remain in anonymized form so community threads stay readable without preserving your identity or media pointers.

4) What may remain temporarily

  • security records such as token-blacklist entries may remain until their natural expiry;
  • provider-side infrastructure logs may remain for a limited period under security and operational retention policies.

5) Confirmation and recovery

  • Vatisha currently provides in-app confirmation of deletion scheduling.
  • Vatisha does not currently send a separate deletion-confirmation email.
  • Once hard purge completes, the deleted account cannot be restored.
