Data Access and Export

This page explains how to request access to, export of, correction of, or deletion of your Vatisha data.

1) How to make a request

Email one of the following:

  • support@vatisha.com
  • legal@vatisha.com

Please include:

  • the email address linked to your account;
  • the request type: access, export, correction, or deletion;
  • any extra detail that helps us identify the request safely.

2) What data your request may cover

Depending on the request, this can include:

  • account profile information;
  • plant and garden records;
  • uploaded plant photos and videos;
  • Myco conversations and attachments;
  • Care Club posts, comments, reports, and block records;
  • push-device registrations and app account settings.

3) What this page does not replace

  • In-app account deletion remains the main self-serve deletion path. See /account-deletion.
  • Care Club reports should be submitted through the in-app report flow when the issue is community moderation rather than a privacy request.

4) Tracking and advertising note

Vatisha does not use your data for cross-app or cross-site advertising tracking in the current iOS RC.
