2) What we can help with
- account access and sign-in issues;
- plant scan, Myco, Garden, and Care Club support questions;
- privacy, deletion, and data-access requests;
- moderation concerns related to Care Club content;
- App Store reviewer support questions.
3) Expected response windows
- General support requests: usually within 24–48 hours
- Care Club safety reports submitted in-app: reviewed within 24 hours, including weekends
If there is an urgent poisoning or chemical exposure involving a person or pet, do not wait for app support. Contact local emergency services, poison control, or a veterinarian immediately.
4) Account deletion
Vatisha supports in-app account deletion.

Deletion details:
- you must confirm the request in-app;
- the account enters a 30-day cooling period before hard purge;
- logging back in during that period cancels the pending deletion;
- after hard purge, the deleted account cannot be recovered.

If you want a copy of your data, or want to ask what data we hold about you, email support@vatisha.com or legal@vatisha.com.
Include:
- the email address on your account;
- the kind of request (
access,export,correction, ordeletion); - any context that will help us verify and process the request.
