Care Club Community Rules

Effective date: 24 April 2026.

Care Club is Vatisha’s community space for plant questions and answers. These rules apply to posts, comments, reports, and blocks.

1) What Care Club is for

Care Club is for practical, respectful plant-care discussion. Keep posts and comments focused on plant health, care decisions, recovery steps, and experience that can help another grower.

2) What is not allowed

Do not post or encourage:

  • abuse, harassment, hate, threats, or bullying;
  • spam, scams, repetitive promotions, or off-topic solicitation;
  • impersonation or misleading claims about expertise or identity;
  • requests for personal contact information or attempts to move conversations off-platform in unsafe ways;
  • wrong plant-care information shared recklessly or in a way that could cause harm;
  • unsafe advice involving toxic plants, poisonous species, pesticides, fertilizers, medications, bleach, DDT, homemade chemical sprays, or any other dangerous chemical misuse;
  • advice that could harm a child, pet, or adult, even if framed as plant care;
  • illegal content or instructions that break the law.

3) How reporting works

  • You can report a post or comment from its in-app overflow menu.
  • Reports are silent. The reported user is not directly notified by the product.
  • We review user reports within 24 hours, and our on-call moderation coverage includes weekends.

4) How blocking works

  • You can block another user from a post or comment menu in the app.
  • Blocks are silent and mutual inside Care Club.
  • If you block someone, you will not see their Care Club posts or comments, and they will not see yours.
  • You can manage blocked users later from the app’s Settings screen.

5) What moderation actions we may take

We may hide, remove, restore, or otherwise restrict content or accounts when needed to protect people, pets, property, or the community experience.

Examples of likely removal:

  • dangerous chemical instructions for plant treatment;
  • advice encouraging contact with known toxic plants;
  • harassment or personal abuse;
  • bot-like spam or copy-paste promotional content.
